Description:

Working as part of the Testing team in Newcastle, the right person will be responsible for completing Systems Integration Testing (SIT) on complex integrated web applications for a number of blue chip clients.

Main dutiesYou will be responsible for assisting the Senior Test Analyst in the implementation of the test strategy, documentation and implementing project test plans. You will be responsible for test specification based on use cases, functional and technical documentation and test execution.

You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in software testing and knowledge of testing and development methodologies. An understanding of web technologies and protocols preferred but not essential.

Skills and experienceYou will need:* Wider experience of the software development lifecycle advantageous* Hands on experience of SQL databases* ISEB Foundation qualification preferable* A willingness to learn* A strong team ethic
