Due to expansion this is an excellent opportunity to join an established, digital agency working from Newcastle upon Tyne in Web Development and Video Production services.

Specifically our client offers varying levels of Website Development and Video Production services across the UK to small and large clients alike from SME’s requiring ecommerce solutions to large public and private sector organizations, requiring anything digital from website portals to promotional video productions.

As a New Business Development professional with a proven digital agency background; you will ideally have a track record of the following skills and qualities:

• Passionate about New Media

• Understanding and track record of tendering for both public and private sector work

• An understanding of design, development and production processes

• At least 5 years’ experience

• Comfortable and happy to tender and pitch for projects from £5k to £100k+

• Ability to quickly understand the clients business, marketing and communication needs

• Have excellent all round communication skills

• Some project management experience

• Some understanding of marketing, e-marketing and social media is desirable

As this is a senior post you will be expected to prospect, tender and present in a manner that fits the ethos of the company. You may also be required to undertake basic marketing activities for both internally and on behalf of our client depending on your experience in this area.

The successful applicant may currently be working in a Business Development focused position and looking for a new challenge or simply better prospects. You will be accountable to the directors for your performance.
