As our web designer you will get stuck in to all aspects of the web design process, from developing briefs and creative concepts to building fully functional, well designed sites in support of client communications objectives.

M.Ology specialises in marketing communications for complex products and services. We delve deep into understanding new technology and innovation, and get our kick out of creating the story and the message that will grab the attention of key audiences and markets, supporting commercial success.

You will actively contribute to this process, applying web media to best effect to help drive results for M.Ology and our clients.

About you:

· You will have demonstrable digital design experience and a portfolio of web design work

· Your technical skills will be strong, covering PHP, MYSQL, HTML, XHTML and CSS. Experience of open source platforms (e.g. Drupal, Joomla, WordPress) is highly desirable.

· You will have competence in Adobe CS for graphics manipulation and concept development.

· Able to work with the broader team to turn complex ideas into innovative, clear solutions

· Confident in presenting your ideas to clients and the internal team with strong verbal and visual communication skills
