Main Duties of the post:

Working effectively within the Client Services team to deliver a range of digital marketing services for clients including affiliate marketing, email marketing, SEO, PPC and social media campaigns

You will interact effectively with other departments including those responsible for business development to ensure our core agency services are executed successfully.

Developing and managing timetables and deadlines for clients, suppliers and internal departments

Manage the execution and delivery of monthly reporting processes for clients

Assisting with the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a personal and bespoke service

Assist with developing a creative, ideas led approach to client account handling

Assist with the development of strong relationships with clients and partners/suppliers

Manage the delivery of social media and community driven promotional campaigns for clients

Ensure account plans for each client are updated accordingly with the relevant information concerning the client, their strategy and their performance

Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service for clients

Manage the execution of scheduled email marketing plans for clients

Assisting when required with new business proposals

Assist with retaining a portfolio of clients to an established KPI retention rate of 80%

Ensuring your personal knowledge about our business is up to date

Responding to requests from clients account managers and the Head of Client Services in a efficient and timely manner
