Kitchen designer and owner of SketchTHIS.net, Eric Schimelpfenig told how he has benefitted from Shaderlight – a plug-in to Google Sketch Up that makes 3D rendering easier.

Kitchen and bathroom designer Eric Schimelpfenig has used SketchUp for four years. He used to avoid rendering altogether, owing to the complexity of available solutions and time required to learn the technology.
“I have been designing in 3D for years, both in SketchUp and other 3D applications”, he said. “There is a lot of consumer demand to see things in 3D, as realistic as possible.”

Students across the globe can now create photorealistic images using Shaderlight
Less than two months since its launch, a 3D rendering software Shaderlight has been snapped up by some of the leading design colleges around the world.
The new software will be incorporated into existing design programmes for both KLC School of Design College in Chelsea Harbour, London and The Florence Institute of Interior Design International in Italy.
