The US on-demand video service Hulu has given up on its plans to launch a UK version, the Telegraph reports.
The decision came after long-lasting talks with the major British broadcasters collapsed.
According to several senior broadcasting executives, Hulu’s negotiation team has said they have been forced to abandon its UK plans.
Referred to as ‘the Spotify for movies’, on-demand video service, Voddler, is being pioneered in Scandinavia.
